New Mexico PRSA Mentoring Program

The New Mexico chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (NMPRSA) mentoring program is a two-way program for both individuals seeking advice and accredited members who wish to serve as a mentor.

Seeking guidance?

The NMPRSA mentoring program is available for members who are contemplating a change in career direction, facing new challenges, or are just interested in discussing issues and opportunities in their professional life. Mentoring is available with some of the chapter’s PRSA Accredited public relations professionals who have volunteered to take part in the program.  Though any issue is open for discussion, the following are typical issues:

  • Career Transitions
  • Developing the Best Career Path
  • Furthering Your Formal Education
  • Pursuing the Right Professional Development

Mentoring is also available for students who are an active member of PRSSA. Please contact Jennifer Kemp, NMPRSA Mentor Chair, for more information.

Wish to become a mentor?

If you are an accredited member of the New Mexico Chapter of PRSA and wish to be a mentor, you may register here.
Once you have registered, an NMPRSA contact will match mentors with mentoring requests. The mentoring contact will notify you of individuals with whom you have been matched and you will have the option of accepting or declining the referral.
